Instructions:

2. 2. Peel off protective paper.
3. 3. Position the cover over your nipple.
4. 4. Gently press the cover edges firmly to your skin.
5. 5. Repeat steps 1 to 3 on your other nipple.
6. 6. Gently peel the nipple cover away from skin and throw out after use.
7. 7. Wipe skin clean.
